  1. Alcohol Sales & Legal Requirements

You must be of legal drinking age (18+) in your country to purchase alcohol from this website.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old; and
  • The person receiving the order is also 18 years or older.

All alcohol deliveries require a signature from a person aged 18 or over.
Valid photo ID may be required upon delivery.

We operate an ID25 policy — if the recipient looks under 25, ID will be requested.

Alcohol will not be left unattended under any circumstances.
If age verification cannot be completed, the order may be refused.

  1. Liquor Licence

CarbonSix Distillery Limited operates under a valid New Zealand Off-Licence.

All sales are made in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

  1. Orders & Payments

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Orders are subject to:

  • Payment authorisation
  • Product availability

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

  1. Delivery
  • Delivery: Monday to Friday (excluding restricted trading days)
  • Estimated timeframe: 1–3 working days
  • Rural areas may take longer

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No person aged 18+ present
  • No valid ID

The order will be returned.

Redelivery or collection may incur additional costs.

  1. Pick Up
  • Orders must be paid online prior to pickup
  • Location: CarbonSix Destillery, 16B Como Street, Takapuna, Auckland.
  • Valid ID required
  • Must be 18+
  1. Returns & Refunds

If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Event stock (pre-arranged only):
Up to 20% may be returned if:

  • Unopened
  • Undamaged
  • Resaleable

  • Interfere with site functionality

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarbonSix is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays
