Tailored spirits orders are shipped within 2-12 days after receiving the order, depending on the complexity of the order.

Delivery takes 1-4 days for Auckland, 2-7 days outside of Auckland, 2-10 days for Rural areas.

All orders shipped are signature required on delivery.

If item is lost or damaged full refund or a replacement product is provided free of charge and shipping.
